Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BerryRise, we engineer our Smart Tech and Pro Fitness gear to perform. We operate a streamlined, digital-first resolution system to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

1. Damaged or Defective Gear (Free Replacements)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or fails to operate as designed out of the box, we will replace it immediately at zero cost to you.

Requirement: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear Photos/Video showing the defect or damage.

Note: Visual proof is mandatory for our quality control team to authorize a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. You will not be required to ship the defective item back to us.

2. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting support. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After 12 hours, orders are locked into our automated global fulfillment queue and cannot be modified or canceled. Customers are strictly responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

3. Buyer’s Remorse & Returns

To maintain our fast global shipping network and hygienic standards for fitness gear, we do not accept physical returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind, ordering the wrong size or color).

Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase. If you have sizing questions prior to ordering, our support team is ready to assist.

4. Lost in Transit

In the rare event that your package is lost by our premium logistics partners and tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days, please contact our support team. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
