Orders & Processing
Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but you must act quickly. You may request an order cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, orders are locked into our automated global fulfillment queue for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

Why haven’t I received my tracking number yet?

To ensure you receive only the best products, we conduct a strict quality inspection on every order. Please allow 4–6 business days for order verification, quality check, and packaging. Your tracking number will be emailed to you immediately after this check is complete and the item is handed to the carrier.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will shipping take?

Once your order has passed the 4-6 day processing and quality check window, estimated delivery times are:

  • USA Warehouse Items: 5–9 business days.
  • Global / Rest of World: 12–22 business days, depending on local customs clearance.
Will I have to pay import taxes or duties?

For USA Customers: Absolutely not. We use premium DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) logistics. We pre-pay all import fees so you will never face unexpected charges upon delivery.

For International Customers (Outside USA): Shipments to Canada, the EU, UK, and other regions may be subject to local import duties or VAT assessed by your government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy?

To maintain our fast global shipping network and hygienic standards for fitness gear, we do not accept physical returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind, or ordering the wrong size/color). Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We stand behind our gear with a zero-friction digital resolution process. If an item arrives damaged or defective out of the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue. We will authorize a free replacement or a full refund immediately. You will not need to mail the defective item back to us.
