Shipping Policy
We believe in transparency and speed. Below is our complete shipping protocol, including processing times, delivery estimates, and duty information.
1. Processing & Quality Check
To ensure you receive only the best products, we conduct a strict quality inspection on every order before it leaves our facility.
Processing Time: Please allow 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday) for order verification, quality check, and packaging. You will receive your tracking number immediately after this check is complete.
Note: Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will begin the quality check process on the following Monday.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
We ship from multiple global fulfillment centers to ensure availability. The estimated delivery times below apply after the 4-6 day processing window.
Shipping to the USA:
- USA Warehouse Items: Arrives in 5–9 business days (Post-Dispatch).
- Global Warehouse Items: Arrives in 12–18 business days (Post-Dispatch).
Shipping to Rest of World:
- Global orders are served from our overseas logistics hub and typically arrive in 14–22 business days depending on local customs clearance.
3. Import Duties & Taxes (USA Guarantee)
For Our USA Customers: 100% Duty-Free Guarantee
We utilize premium DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) logistics for all shipments to the United States. This means BerryRise pre-pays all import duties, tariffs, and customs fees on your behalf before the package even enters the country.
The Result: You will never be charged an import fee upon delivery, regardless of changing trade regulations or shipment origin.
For International Customers (Outside USA):
For shipments to Canada, EU, UK, and other regions, your package may be subject to local import duties or VAT once it reaches your border. These local government fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has passed our quality check and is handed to the carrier, we will email you the tracking number immediately.
You can track your package anytime on our Track Order page. Please note that logistics updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system after dispatch.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- Marked “Delivered” but not received: Please contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days with clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the product for a free replacement.
